《千金要方》心系疾病用药规律研究

Medication Regularity of Heart Diseases in Valuable Prescriptions for Emergency

目的:探索挖掘孙思邈在《千金要方》中治疗心系疾病的用药规律。方法:对《千金要方》中治疗心系疾病所用药物进行收集、整理,应用Excel 2016建立数据库并对中药性味、归经、功效进行频数和频率统计,应用IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0进行因子分析,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.1中的Apriori模块分析法进行关联规则分析。结果:共纳入方剂118首,涉及中药154味,其中高频中药(使用频次≥10)28味,药性以温、寒为主,药味以甘、辛为主,归经以心、脾为主,功效以补虚、温里为主。因子分析提取10个公因子,关联规则分析得到14个药物组合。结论:《千金要方》治疗心系疾病以补益为治疗大法,配合安神益智、活血化瘀、清热化痰、利水渗湿等。

Objective:To study Sun Simiao’s medication regularity for treating heart diseases in Valuable Prescriptions for Emergency.Methods:The medicines used to treat heart diseases in Valuable Prescriptions for Emergency were collected and organized.Microsoft Office Excel 2016 was used to establish the database and the frequency and frequency statistics of medicinal property,flavor,channel tropism and efficacy were conducted.Factor analysis was conducted by IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0,and association rule analysis was conducted by the Apriori module analysis in IBM SPSS Modeler 18.1.Results:A total of 118 formulas were included,involving 154 Chinese medicinals,among which 28 medicinals were high-frequency(frequency≥10).The medicinal properties were mainly warm and cold,the medicinal flavors were mainly sweet and acrid,the channel tropism was mainly heart and spleen,and the efficacy was mainly tonifying deficiency and warming inteerior.Factor analysis extracted 10 common factors and association rule analysis obtained 14 medication combinations.Conclusions:The general treatment method for heart diseases in Valuable Prescriptions for Emergency is tonifying and replenishing,combined with the therapeutic principles of calming mind and promoting intelligence,activating blood and resolving stasis,clearing heat and resolving phlegm,promoting urination and draining dampness.
