基于CiteSpace的穿心莲研究可视化图谱分析

Visualization and Graphic Analysis on Chuanxinlian(Andrographis Herba)Based on CiteSpace

目的:对有关穿心莲的文献进行可视化分析,研究其近20年来的热点及进展过程。方法:以中国知网(CNKI)为来源数据库,检索以穿心莲为主题的文献,运用可视化文献分析软件(CiteSpace)V和CNKI自带的计量可视化分析工具进行文献数、作者、机构和关键词的共现分析及可视化表达。结果:研究穿心莲的主要人员有韩光、万遂如、何瑞、张文成、杜红、詹若挺、徐海伟、潘见等;主要机构有广州中医药大学、河南大学、广东药科大学、成都中医药大学、华中科技大学、北京中医药大学等;主要研究方向有抗感染、糖尿病、心血管疾病、抗肿瘤、保肝、质控方法等。近年来受到关注较多的研究热点是细胞凋亡、生物膜、核因子κB(NF-κB)信号通路、糖尿病。结论:研究穿心莲的学术团队局限在各机构中,而各研究机构之间合作较少;细胞凋亡、生物膜、NF-κB、糖尿病将继续成为研究热点。

Objective:To visualize and analyze the literature about Chuanxinlian(Andrographis Herba)and to study its hot spots and progress in the past 20 years.Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)was used as the source database and the literature with Chuanxinlian as the theme was retrieved.With the help of CiteSpace V and measurement visualization analysis tools of CNKI,co-occurrence analysis and visual expression of the number of literature,authors,institutions and Keywords were carried out.Results:The main researchers who studied Chuanxin-lian were Han Guang,Wan Suiru,He Rui,Zhang Wencheng,Du Hong,Zhan Ruoting,Xu Haiwei,Pan jian,etc.The main institutions were Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Henan University,Guangdong Pharmaceutical University,Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,etc.The main research directions were anti-infection,diabetes millutus,cardiovascular disease,anti-tumor,liver protection,quality control methods and so on.In recent years,more attention has been focused on apoptosis,biofilms,NF-κB signaling pathways and diabetes mellitus.Conclusions:The academic teams are limited to each institution,and there has been little cooperation among research institutions.It can be predicted that apoptosis,biofilm,NF-κB and diabetes mellitus will continue to be hot spots.
