摘要
目的:运用网络药理学相关理论知识探究桑寄生治疗骨性关节炎的作用机制。方法:通过中药成分数据库及疾病数据库对桑寄生治疗骨性关节炎、保护骨性关节炎患者关节软骨的靶点因子进行筛选,对筛选靶点进行基因本体论(GO)分析与京都基因和基因组数据库(KEGG)通路分析,从而获得对信号通路的预测分析。结果:桑寄生治疗骨性关节炎药物作用成分共2个,与之相关靶点共73个,涉及通路12条。结论:桑寄生可通过非单一的作用成分连接多种靶点达到治疗骨性关节炎的效果,并且通过调节骨性关节炎关节软骨炎症因子的表达,对关节软骨起到保护作用。
Objective:To explore the mechanism of Sangjisheng(Taxilli Herba)in the treatment of osteoarthritis by using the theoretical knowledge of network pharmacology.Methods:The target factors of Sangjisheng for treating osteoarthritis and protecting the articular cartilage of patients with osteoarthritis were screened through the database of traditional Chinese medicine components and disease database.Gene Ontology(GO)analysis and Kyoto Gene and Genomic Encyclopedia(KEGG)pathway analysis were used for the screened targets to obtain predictive analysis of signal pathways.Results:There were 2 active components in Sangjisheng for treating osteoarthritis and 73 related targets,involving 12 pathways.Conclusions:Sangjisheng can connect multiple targets to achieve the effect of treating osteoarthritis through non-single action components,and it can protect the articular cartilage by regulating the expression of inflammatory factors in the articular cartilage of osteoarthritis.
