基于标准汤剂参比的温经汤颗粒提取、浓缩、干燥过程成分传递的考察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:考察温经汤颗粒提取、浓缩、干燥过程成分传递,探究经典名方向现代产品转化的制备工艺研究方法。方法:以温经汤标准汤剂为基准,以浸膏率、主要成分含量、特征图谱为指标,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)考察提取、浓缩、干燥过程中的成分变化。结果:与标准汤剂相比,提取液中所有成分含量均高于标准汤剂,指纹图谱相似度>0.90;与提取液相比,除了桂皮醛和丹皮酚外,其他指标成分浓缩时传递率为(92.16±7.85)%、干燥时传递率为(83.91±6.57)%。结论:以标准汤剂为参比的温经汤颗粒制备工艺研究方法合理可行,能保证现代产品与传统制剂质量与药效的一致性。 Objective:To investigate the transfer of ingredients during extraction,concentration and drying of Wenjingtang Granules(温经汤颗粒)and explore the preparation research methods of transformation from classical formula to modern products.Methods:Based on the standard decoction of Wenjing Decoction and taking the extract rate,main component content,and characteristic map as indicators,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to investigate the component changes in the process of extraction,concentration,and drying.Results:Compared with the standard decoction,the content of all components in the extract is higher than that in standard decoction,and the similarity of fingerprints is higher than 0.90.Compared with the extract,except for cinnamaldehyde and paeonol,the concentration transfer rate of other index components was(92.16±7.85)%,and the dry transfer rate was(83.91±6.57)%.Conclusions:The preparation research method of Wenjingtang Granules with standard decoction as reference is reasonable and feasible.It can ensure the consistency of quality and efficacy between modern products and traditional preparations.
