基于授权理论的个性化健康教育对糖尿病患者自我管理行为及血糖控制的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Personalized Health Education Based on Empowerment Theory on Self-management Behavior and Blood Glucose Control of Diabetic Patients

摘要 目的探讨对糖尿病(DM)患者实施基于授权理论的个性化健康教育的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月—2021年5月该院收治的DM患者116例,采用分层抽样法分为对照组和研究组,每组58例,给予对照组常规健康教育,给予研究组基于授权理论的个性化健康教育,两组均连续干预2个月,比较干预前后患者的自我管理行为和血糖控制情况。结果研究组干预前空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和DM自我管理行为量表(DSCS)评分与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组干预后FPG、2 hPG和HbA1c水平均低于对照组,DSCS 6项独立因子评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对DM患者实施基于授权理论的个性化健康教育可以在稳定患者血糖指标的同时提高其自我管理能力,进而有利于延缓病情的发展,临床干预效果显著。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of implementing personalized health education based on empowerment theory for patients with diabetes(DM).Methods A total of 116 patients with DM admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected.Using stratified sampling method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given regular health education,and the study group was given personalized health education based on the empowerment theory.Both groups were continuously intervened for 2 months to compare the patients'self-management behavior and blood glucose control before and after the intervention.Results The scores of fasting blood glucose(FPG)before intervention,2 h blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and DM self-management behavior scale(DSCS)before intervention in the study group were not significantly different from those of the control group(P>0.05).The levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the study group after intervention were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of the six independent factors of DSCS were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of personalized health education for patients with DM based on the authorization theory can stabilize the patient's blood glucose level while improving their self-management ability,thereby helping to delay the development of the disease,and the clinical intervention effect is significant.
