探讨无创正压通气治疗老年糖尿病合并重症呼吸衰竭的临床效果

Exploring the Clinical Effect of Non-invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in the Treatment of Elderly Diabetes with Severe Respiratory Failure

目的探讨无创正压通气治疗老年糖尿病合并重症呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法选取该院2019年8月—2021年5月的80例老年糖尿病合并重症呼吸衰竭的患者,并对所有患者进行随机编号分组,编号为单数的患者为对照组,编号为双数的患者为研究组。研究组患者实行无创正压通气的治疗方式,对照组患者实行常规的治疗方式。通过比较两组患者的心理情绪指数和呼吸恢复功能,从而来探究无创正压通气治疗对于老年糖尿病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者的临床效果。结果研究组患者的心理情绪指数以及呼吸恢复功能明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年糖尿病合并重症呼吸衰竭的患者而言,对其采用无创正压通气治疗具有一定的优越性和可靠性,能够大大改善患者的心理情绪和呼吸功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of elderly diabetes with severe respiratory failure.Methods Selected 80 elderly patients with diabetes and severe respiratory failure from August 2019 to May 2021 in the hospital.All patients were randomly numbered and grouped.The singular patients were named the control group.The even-numbered patients were named the study group.The study group was treated with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation,and the control group was treated with conventional treatment.By comparing the psychological and emotional index and respiratory recovery function of the two groups of patients,the clinical effects of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation therapy on elderly patients with diabetes and severe were explored.Results The psychological and emotional index and respiratory recovery function of elderly diabetic patients with severe respiratory failure in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly diabetic patients with severe respiratory failure,the use of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation has certain advantages and reliability.And it can greatly improve the patient's psychological mood and respiratory function.
