摘要
目的分析高龄2型糖尿病患者在生化免疫检验过程中运用化学发光免疫测定技术检验的临床效果。方法选择该院于2018年12月—2021年6月收治的80例高龄疑似2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,所有患者在该院均接受了生化免疫检验,使用化学发光免疫测定技术测定平均胰岛素表达水平、血清C肽等指标。以口服葡萄糖耐量试验为金标准,分析化学发光免疫测定技术的检出准确率。结果确诊的42例高龄患者平均胰岛素表达水平为(7.63±0.82)μIU/L,血清C肽含量为(1.62±0.35)ng/mL,均明显高于正常值。化学发光免疫测定技术对2型糖尿病检出准确率为97.50%,灵敏度与特异性分别为97.62%、97.37%,与口服葡萄糖耐量试验差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高龄2型糖尿病患者运用化学发光免疫测定技术进行生化免疫检验能够有效鉴别与诊断疾病,同时这一项技术检出准确率较高,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of chemiluminescence immunoassay technology in the process of biochemical immunoassay in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with suspected type 2 diabetes admitted and treated in the hospital from December 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research object.All patients were subjected to biochemical immunoassay in the hospital.Chemiluminescence immunoassay was used to determine the levels of average insulin expression and serum C peptide.Taking oral glucose tolerance test as the gold standard,the detection accuracy of chemical luminescence immunoassay technology was analyzed.Results The average insulin expression level of diagnosed 42 elderly patients was(7.63±0.82)μIU/L,and the serum C-peptide content was(1.62±0.35)ng/mL,which were all significantly higher than the normal value.The detection accuracy of chemiluminescence immunoassay for type 2 diabetes was 97.50%,and the sensitivity and specificity were 97.62%and 97.37%,respectively,which was not statistically significant difference from the oral glucose tolerance test(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of chemiluminescence immunoassay technology for biochemical immunoassay in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively identify and diagnose diseases.At the same time,this technique has a high detection accuracy rate and is worthy of application.
