健康教育对糖尿病伴高血压患者服药依从性的干预效果评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析予以糖尿病伴高血压患者健康教育对其服药依从性的干预效果。方法选取2019年12月—2021年5月该院收入的72例糖尿病伴高血压患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组依据常规方案开展护理工作,观察组在对照组护理基础上接受健康教育,统计并比较两组干预前后的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、生活质量评分量表(SF-36)评分、服药依从性及自我管理调查表评分情况。结果干预前,两组FPG、2 hPG、SBP及DBP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的FPG、2 hPG、SBP及DBP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组服药依从性和SF-36评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的服药依从性及SF-36评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组运动管理、饮食管理及疾病管理方面的自我管理能力得分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组运动管理、饮食管理及疾病管理方面的自我管理能力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以糖尿病伴高血压患者健康教育效果确切,能提升其服药依从性及自我管理能力,更好地控制其血压水平,改善其自我生活质量,值得采用。 Objective To analyze the intervention effect of health education on compliance of patients with diabetes and hypertension.Methods The 72 patients with diabetes and hypertension who were admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group carried out nursing work according to the routine plan,and the observation group received health education on the basis of the control group,and the levels of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)and medication ad herence and seifmanagement questionnaive scores before and after intervention were counted and compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of FPG,2 hPG,SBP and DBP between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,SBP and DBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in medication compliance and SF-36 score between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the medication compliance and SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of self-management ability in exercise management,diet management and disease management between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of self-management in exercise management,diet management and disease management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of health education on patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension is accurate,which can improve their medication compliance and self-management ability,better control their blood pressure level and improve their self-life quality,and is worthy of adoption.
