百令胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Bailing Capsule Combined with Calcium Dobesilate in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨糖尿病肾病患者实施羟苯磺酸钙、百令胶囊联合用药治疗的效果。方法选取2019年3月—2021年3月于该院门诊接诊治疗的糖尿病肾病患者84例,根据单双号抽签形式分作观察组(单号,42例)与对照组(双号,42例),对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在其基础上采用羟苯磺酸钙、百令胶囊联合治疗,比较临床治疗效果,检测对比两组患者治疗前与用药后半年肾功能指标(血肌酐、尿素氮、尿白蛋白、24 h尿蛋白)、超敏C反应蛋白指标变化差异。观察统计各组患者不良反应总发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者经过半年时间联合用药治疗,肾功能检测结果均低于对照组,超敏C反应蛋白测定结果低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者采用羟苯磺酸钙、百令胶囊联合治疗能够有效调节肾功能,降低炎症水平,且安全性理想,提倡施用且推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined treatment of calcium dobesilate and Bailing capsule in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods The study time frame was determined from March 2019 to March 2021.The research target selected 84 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were admitted and treated in the hospital's outpatient clinic.According to the drawing of odd and even numbers,they were divided into observation group(single number,42 cases)and control group(double number,42 cases).The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with calcium dobesilate and Bailing capsules on its basis.The clinical treatment effects were compared,and the differences in renal function indexes(serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,urine albumin,24 h urine protein)and hypersensitivity C-reactive protein indexes were detected and compared between the two groups before treatment and half a year after treatment.Observed and counted the total incidence of adverse reactions in each group of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After half a year of combined treatment of patients in the observation group,the results of renal function tests were lower than those of the control group,while the results of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein tests were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients during treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of calcium dobesilate and Bailing capsules in patients with diabetic nephropathy can effectively regulate renal function,reduce inflammation,and has ideal safety.It is recommended to be administered and promoted.
