Support Policy Analysis of High Quality Development for Service Manufacturing Industry in Heilongjiang Province

自《中国制造2025》和《服务型制造专项行动指南》发布以来,服务型制造处于不断创新升级阶段。为实现黑龙江省“十四五”规划提出“打造新兴产业链、发展服务型制造”的目标,针对目前服务制造业产业政策缺乏针对性、财税政策激励力度偏小、金融政策创新与科技政策创新动力不足等问题提出相应的优化建议,为黑龙江省服务制造业高质量发展提供参考依据。

Since the release of Made in China 2025 and Service-oriented Manufacturing Special Action Guide, service-oriented manufacturing is in the stage of continuous innovation and upgrading. In order to realize the 14 th Five Year Plan of Heilongjiang province,the government put forward to the goal of "making a emerging industry chain, developing service-oriented manufacturing". The present problems of manufacturing service industry policy are lack of pertinence, small fiscal and taxation policies incentive strength, insufficient financial and science and technology innovation power in policy. Therefore, the study puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions, as a reference of quality development of service industry in Heilongjiang province.
