后疫情时代辽宁省与日韩的经济合作研究

Economic Cooperation Between Liaoning Province and Japan and South Korea in the Post Epidemic Era

随着后疫情时代的到来,中日韩率先遏制疫情为东北亚经济的发展提供了一个相对健康的营商环境。辽宁省作为一个既沿海又沿边的省份,有着得天独厚的区位优势和交通运输优势,是我国连接东北亚其它国家的重要枢纽。深耕与日韩之间的经济合作成为后疫情时代辽宁省经济工作的重中之重,也是进一步扩大对外开放实现东北振兴的重要战略。因此,从数字经济、金融合作、构筑东北亚区域价值链三个角度出发,研究后疫情时代辽宁省与日韩经济合作新趋势和新方向。

With the advent of the post epidemic era, China, Japan and South Korea took the lead in curbing the epidemic, providing a relatively healthy business environment for the economic development of Northeast Asia. As a coastal and border province, Liaoning Province has unique location advantages and transportation advantages. It is an important hub connecting other countries in Northeast Asia. Deepening the economic cooperation between Japan and South Korea has become the top priority of the economic work of Liaoning Province in the post epidemic era, and it is also an important strategy to further expand the opening to the outside world and realize the revitalization of Northeast China. Therefore, from the three perspectives of digital economy, financial cooperation and building the regional value chain in Northeast Asia, this paper studies the new trend and direction of economic cooperation between Liaoning Province and Japan and South Korea in the post epidemic era.
