海南省养老服务业人才队伍需求及其发展对策

Talent Team Demand of Elderly Care Service Industry in Hainan Province and the Development Countermeasures

随着海南省人口老龄化程度日益加剧,老年人对专业化养老需求不断提高,养老服务业人才的高需求与低供给之间的矛盾日益突出。依托海南自贸港建设的相关人才政策,通过借鉴国内外养老先行地区人才建设的宝贵经验,对海南省养老服务业人才队伍建设提出合理化建议,包括政府加大政策支持和资金投入,完善养老人才培养体系;养老机构与高校联合培养专业化综合型养老人才;充分利用海南候鸟型人才等。

With the increasing degree of population aging in Hainan Province, the elderly’s demand for professional elderly care is increasing, and the contradiction between high demand and low supply of talents in elderly care service industry is becoming increasingly prominent. Relying on the relevant talent policies for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port and drawing lessons from the valuable experience of talent construction in the areas with success stories at home and abroad, this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for the construction of talent team in the elderly care service industry in Hainan Province, including increasing policy support and capital investment by the government and improving the elderly care talent training system, jointly cultivating professional and comprehensive talents by pension institutions and colleges and universities, and making full use of Hainan migratory talents.
