自贸区扩容背景下高职跨境电商人才培养模式研究

Research on Training Mode of Cross-border E-commerce Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Expansion of Free Trade Zone

自贸区的建设,给跨境电商行业带来了重大发展机遇,行业发展离不开人才支撑。通过在分析跨境电商人才缺乏、培养模式错位、结构失衡等现状的基础上,针对高职院校人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出构建应用型校企协同教学平台、建立"覆盖式"课程体系、订单式培养等人才培养模式解决策略。

The construction of the free trade zone has brought great development opportunities to the cross-border e-commerce industry.The development of the industry cannot be separated from the support of talents. Based on the analysis of the current situation and the problems of cross-border e-commerce talent shortage, training mode dislocation and structural imbalance, the paper puts forward the talent training mode solutions of construction of application-oriented university-enterprise collaborative teaching platform, the establishment of coverage curriculum system, and order-based training.
