With the continuous development of Dazhi mobile cloud chain technology, digital technology is widely used in different market players. Under the digital economy environment, coal enterprises not only face the convenience and benefits brought by new technology,but also use new technology and new methods to correct the problems accumulated for a long time. Fund management is the most important part, and coal enterprises urgently need to optimize it. Combined with the background of digital economy, this paper discusses the problems of fund management of coal enterprises, analyzes the impact of digital economy on enterprise fund management, and summarizes the effective means and guarantee measures of fund management optimization of coal enterprises from the perspective of digital economy.
