摘要 随着我国向贸易强国迈进,外贸企业人才需求扩大,对人才的综合素养也提出了更高要求。国际贸易专业实践性较强,学生就业要具备基本的业务操作能力,但高校教育中重理论轻实践的现象大量存在,导致高校人才培养与社会用人需求脱节。为解决人才供需矛盾,基于博弈论提出博弈教学法,与传统教学法相比,博弈教学法以学生为中心,以提升实践技能为宗旨,有利于提升教学效果、培养应用型外贸人才。最后,以"国际贸易实务"课程教学为例,阐述博弈教学法的教学设计。 With China to trade power, foreign trade enterprises to expand the demand for talent, comprehensive quality of talent also put forward higher requirements. International trade major is highly practical, and students should have basic business operation ability in employment. However, there are a large number of phenomena in college education that emphasize theory over practice, leading to disconnection between college talent training and social employment demand. In order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of talents, game teaching method is proposed based on game theory. Compared with traditional teaching method, game teaching method is student-centered and aims at improving practical skills, which is conducive to improving teaching effect and cultivating applied foreign trade talents. Finally, taking "international trade practice" as an example, the teaching design of game teaching method is expounded.
