Based on the current situation of scientific platform construction in colleges and universities,this paper explores the existing problems in research direction,management system and innovative talents,and puts forward corresponding solutions.By making clear the research direction,carrying out fine management,perfecting the management mechanism,and paying attention to the cultivation of talents,the experimental team can be strengthened under the strong institutional guarantee,and the scientific and technological innovative ability of the laboratory can be improved comprehensively under the group advantage.
