Pugu Huai’en was a famous general in in the Zhongxing period of the Tang Dynasty,who had made outstanding contributions,but later rebelled against the imperial government.He played three roles in his life:a war general,an emissary who contacted Huihe,and a traitor.And his rebellion after pacifying Heshuo was not caused by unilateral factors,but by multiple factors.
