Key indicators of the natural gas industry in 2020 In 2020,China’s natural gas production reached 188.6 billion m^(3),up by 8.4%year-on-year;coal-based substitute natural gas(SNG)production reached 40 m^(3),up by 9.3%year-on-year;imported pipeline gas reached 47.5 billion m^(3),down by 6.3%year-on-year;the import volume of liquid natural gas(LNG)reached 88.8 billion m^(3).
