面向开放街区的街道界面形态控制指标研究

Research on the Open-block-oriented Control Indexes of Street Interface Morphology

文章通过梳理街道界面形态控制的既有指标,提出针对中国开放街区街道界面形态控制的指标体系。在宏观层面可用贴线率,或界面密度与近线率相结合的方法进行规划控制;在微观层面可用宽高比、界面透明度、店面密度三个指标对临街界面的设计进行控制引导。经参数化模拟,验证了该方法的有效性。

By sorting out the existing quantitative control indexes of street interface morphology,this paper puts forward the control index system of street interface morphology on open blocks in China.At the macro-level,the control method of build-to-line ratio or the control method combining interface density and near-line ratio can be used;at the micro-level,the design of the street-facing interface can be guided by three indicators:D/H ratio,interface transparency,and storefront density.Parameterized simulation shows that the proposed method is effective.
