Industrial Park Space Leads the Future A Case Study of the AI Future Community at Zhangjiang Science City, Shanghai

开放街区这一理念及其倡导的集约用地、多元功能、重视公共生活的价值观为城市建设提供了一种新的可能。文章以大正建筑事务所近年完成的位于张江科学城的人工智能未来街区项目为范本,分析其建筑组群模式、建筑单体设计和公共空间设计,指出了开放街区理念影响下的产业园区空间模式,能够更好地适应未来城市街区、产业生态和市民生活的需求。

The concept of open block and its values of intensive land use,multiple functions,and focus on public life provide a new possibility for urban construction.Taking the AI Future Community project in Zhangjiang Science City completed by the Dplus Studio in recent years as an example,this paper points out that the model of industrial park space under the influence of the concept of open block can better meet the needs of future urban blocks,industrial ecology,and citizens’ life through analyzing building group model,single building design,and public space design.
