新形势下山东省水利行业监督现状及对策分析

Study on the current situation and countermeasures of water sector supervision in Shandong Province

强化水利行业监督,加快构建常态化、规范化、制度化、信息化的监督体系,是推动新阶段水利高质量发展的重要支撑和保障。近年来,山东省围绕水利行业监督管理工作,不断完善监督制度体系,针对重点领域开展了一系列督查检查、集中整治等专项行动,取得了较好的成效。文章在总结山东省水利行业监督现状和分析新阶段面临新形势要求的基础上,从健全法规制度体系、完善监督管理体制、健全监督管理机制、夯实监督管理基础支撑等方面,研究提出了山东省"十四五"时期全面构建务实高效管用的水利监督体系的相关对策建议。

Strengthening the supervision of water sector and accelerating the building of a regular, standardized, institutionalized and information-based supervision system is an important support and guarantee to promoting the high-quality development of water sector in the new era. In recent years, focusing on the supervision and management of the water sector, Shandong Province has continuously improved the supervision system, carried out a series of special actions such as supervision and inspection and centralized rectification in key areas, and achieved good results. This paper summarizes the current situation of supervision of water sector in Shandong Province and analyzes the requirements of the new situation in the new stage. Then it studies and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for building a pragmatic, efficient and effective supervision system for the water sector in Shandong Province during the 14;Five Year Plan period, from the aspects of improving the laws and regulations system, enhancing supervision and management system, strengthening the supervision and management mechanisms and consolidating the supporting role of supervision and management.
