Poetic Expression and Green Construction:Practice of prefabricated Building B1 of Zhejiang University Architectural Design and Research Institute

本文以住建部装配式示范项目——浙大院紫金院区B1楼为例,解析了其结构空间的流线组织、构件标准化的节奏协律与建筑表皮的参数化设计3种设计策略,强调了"工业化也有诗意"的设计理念;同时从基于总建筑师制的绿色策划、全专业协同的绿色设计和全过程信息化管理的绿色施工3个方面探讨了装配式建筑的绿色建造的技术和实施保障措施,最终实现感性的人文精神与理性的装配式建造的完美融合。

This article takes the prefabricated demonstration project of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development-B1 Building of Zijin Campus of Zhejiang University as an example,analyses the three design strategies of streamline organization of structural space,rhythm and coordination of component standardisation,and parametric design of building skin,and emphasises the design concept of"industrialisation is also poetic";at the same time,it discusses the technology and implementation of green construction and the safeguard measures of prefabricated buildings from three aspects:green planning based on the chief architect system,green design with full-professional collaboration,and green construction with full-process information management,in order to realise the perfect fusion of perceptual humanistic spirit and rational prefabricated construction.
