金沙水电站施工安全管理监理工作实践研究

Study on construction safety management supervision practice of Jinsha Hydropower Station

为加强四川省金沙江金沙水电站施工安全管理工作,预防和减少施工安全事故,不断提高监理安全管理水平,根据现行法律法规,结合实际工作中出现的问题,通过完善安全管理体系、教育培训和隐患检查治理措施,并充分利用各参建单位在施工建设中的安全管理作用,解决安全监理工作中遇到的相关问题。结果表明:监理安全管控措施有效,金沙水电站工程建设期间未发生安全责任事故,完成了金沙水电站合同安全目标。金沙水电站安全管控措施可对其他水电站安全管理工作提供参考。

In order to improve the construction safety management of Jinsha hydropower station on the Jinsha River in Sichuan Province,prevent and reduce construction safety accidents,and continuously improve the supervision safety management level,according to the current laws and regulations and in combination with the problems in the actual work,the measures of improving the safety management system,education and training and hidden danger check and treatment are adopted,and the different safety management roles of the participating units in the con⁃struction are fully played to solve the relevant problems encountered in the safety supervision work.The results show that the supervision safety control measures are effective,there are no safety responsibility accidents during the construction of Jinsha hydropower station,and the contract safety objectives of Jinsha hydropower station are successfully completed.The safety control measures of Jinsha hydropower station can provide reference for the safe⁃ty management of other hydropower stations.
