摘要
为提高水轮发电机组运行的可靠性,以金沙水电站为例,利用“三取二”冗余技术,测量了水轮机发电机组调速器转速(频率)、功率、开度等重要控制信号,分析了信号采集、逻辑判断、控制方法。结果表明:在水轮发电机组稳定运行时应用该方法可得到调速控制系统中导叶接力器及机组功率最真实的数据,实现调速系统中数据故障判断处理的功能。优化设计的调速器测量反馈系统比传统配置方式更加可靠。研究成果可为提高水电站调速系统可靠性和机组运行稳定水平提供支撑。
In order to improve the operation reliability of hydraulic turbine generator unit,taking the Jinsha Hydro⁃power Station as an example,redundancy measurement technology of"two out of three"was used for important con⁃trol signals such as speed(frequency),power and opening of turbine generator set,and the signal acquisition,logi⁃cal judgment and control methods were analyzed.The results showed that this method can be used to obtain the most real data of guide vane servomotor and unit power in the speed regulation control system,and realize the function of data fault judgment and processing in the speed regulation system.The optimized governor measurement feedback system was more reliable than the traditional configuration method.The research results could provide support for improving the reliability of speed regulation system and unit operation stability of hydropower station.
