乡村振兴战略背景下农民主体性提升路径研究--基于四川省Q区的调查

Research on the Way to Improve Farmers’Subjectivity in the Context of Rural Revitalization Strategy

农民主体性的发挥关乎乡村振兴战略目标的实现,发挥农民主体作用在激发农村内生活力、补齐农村发展短板、助力民族复兴等方面具有极大的现实意义。当前,由于农民小农意识根深蒂固、基层民主制度不健全,农民主体性遭遇现实解构,农民主体性没有得到有效发挥,具体表现为农村经济主导乏力、乡村社会治理缺位、乡土文化主体失声、生态改善参与不够、农民发展能力不足五个方面。为此,要重构与乡村振兴战略目标相适应的农民主体性,可以在增强农村经济、提升农民政治参与、唤醒农民文化自信、提高农民生态意识、提升农民发展能力等方面进行有益实践探索。

The exertion of farmers’subjectivity is related to the realization of the strategic goals of rural revitalization,and the exertion of farmers’main role is of great practical significance in stimulating the vitality of rural areas,supplementing the shortcomings of rural development,and helping national rejuvenation.At present,due to the deep-rooted awareness of smallholder farmers and the incomplete grassroots democratic system,the subjectivity of farmers has been deconstructed in reality,and the subjectivity of farmers has not been effectively brought into play.The specific manifestations are the lack of power in the rural economy,the absence of rural social governance,the silence of the main body of rural culture,and the improvement of ecology.Insufficient participation and insufficient development capacity of farmers in five aspects.Therefore,it is necessary to reconstruct the subjectivity of farmers that is compatible with the strategic goals of rural revitalization,and useful practical explorations can be made in enhancing the rural economy,enhancing farmers’political participation,awakening farmers’cultural confidence,improving farmers’ecological awareness,and enhancing farmers’development capabilities.
