高校与企业双重属性下校办企业基层党组织活力研究

Research on the Vitality of Grass-roots Party Organizations in School-run Enterprises under the Dual Attributes of Universities and Enterprises

加强校办企业党组织建设,提升企业基层党组织活力,是提升校办企业基层党组织党建水平、确保党的决策在校办企业内部落地的重要保障。本文以校办企业基层党组织为研究对象,分析了高校与企业双重属性下校办企业党建工作存在的主要问题,从队伍活力、管理活力、组织活力、制度活力、载体活力等五个方面构建了校办企业基层党组织活力提升机制,以期达到提高校办企业党建水平、增强校办企业凝聚力、促进校办企业长远发展等目标。

Strengthening the construction of Party organizations in school-run enterprises and enhancing the vitality of grass-roots Party organizations in enterprises are important guarantees to enhance the level of Party building in grass-roots Party organizations of schoolrun enterprises and to ensure that the Party’s decision-making falls to the ground within school-run enterprises. Taking the grass-roots Party organizations in school-run enterprises as the research object, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the Party building work of school-run enterprises under the dual attributes of universities and enterprises. It constructs the vitality promotion mechanism of grass-roots Party organizations in school-run enterprises in terms of five aspects including team vitality, management vitality, organizational vitality,system vitality and carrier vitality, so as to improve the level of Party building in school-run enterprises, enhance the cohesion of schoolrun enterprises, and promote the long-term development of school-run enterprises.
