浅析合肥地区多式联运发展问题及对策——以合肥国际陆港为例

Analysis on Problems and Countermeasures of Multimodal Transport Development in HeFei City:A Case Study of Hefei International Dry Port

本文分析合肥国际陆港近6年的发展历程,通过对比分析同等城市级别的国际陆港规模,总结出目前合肥国际陆港存在的问题和发展的局限,结合我国提出的"一带一路"和多式联运的发展蓝图,提出合肥国际陆港提升多式联运发展的三大路径:预判远景目标、优化运输组织和扩大场站规模,提出合肥国际陆港运输体系和多式联运的发展对策和建议。

This paper analyses the development process of Hefei International Land Port in the past six years,summarises the existing problems and development limitations of Hefei International Land Port by comparing and analysing the scale of international land ports at the same city level,and combines with the development blueprint of"one belt and one road"and multimodal transport proposed by China.The paper puts forward three paths for Hefei International Land Port to promote the development of multimodal transport:predicting the long-term goal,optimising the transport organization and expanding the scale of the station,and proposing the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Hefei International Land Port transport system and multimodal transport.
