摘要
2014年10月,住房城乡建设部提出以"渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排"为核心的海绵城市建设措施。市域铁路上盖开发项目以此六字方针为准则,通过模糊层次分析法的分析,选取低影响开发措施并研究海绵城市方案,使设计方案满足年径流总量控制率以及年径流污染控制率等指标。
In October 2014,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development proposed sponge city construction measures with"infiltration,stagnation,storage,net,use and drainage"as the core.Based on the six-character policy,the urban railway overcover development project selects low-impact development measures and studies the sponge city scheme through the analysis of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,so that the design scheme can meet the control rate of annual runoff and annual runoff pollution.
