摘要
教育现代化是社会主义现代化的奠基工程,对于建设教育强国、实现科教兴国具有重要作用。该研究以2010—2019年我国内地31省(市、自治区)有关教育教育现代化的相关数据为研究对象,构建了我国教育现代化发展水平评价指标体系,分析了我国教育现代化发展水平的动态演进趋势,绘制了我国教育现代化发展水平的区位分布图,考察了我国教育现代化发展的空间集聚效应。研究结果表明:我国教育现代化发展水平总体上均呈走高态势,但区域差异较为明显;区域差异总体上呈现出"东部>西部>中部"的水平情况;教育现代化发展水平各项指标均获得一定发展,但指标间、空间分布二者差异显著;我国教育现代化发展水平空间自相关性逐渐减弱。"十四五"期间我国教育现代化发展需通过优化教育事业战略布局,开创教育现代化发展的新局面;激励东部教育开拓创新,当好教育现代化发展的领头雁;推动中部教育开放崛起,做好教育现代化发展的助推器;确保西部教育稳中求进,坚守教育现代化发展的桥头堡,进而提高我国教育现代化整体发展水平、充分挖掘教育现代化红利,为加快教育强国建设步伐、促进教育高质量发展奠基。
Education modernization, the foundation project of socialist modernization, plays an important role in building education power and rejuvenating the country through science and education. This study took the real data of education modernization in 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)(excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) from 2010 to 2019 as the research object, constructed the evaluation index system of China’s education modernization development level, analyzed the dynamic evolution trend of China’s education modernization development level, drew the location distribution map of China’s education modernization development level, and analyzed the spatial agglomeration effect of China’s education modernization development level. The results showed that the development level of education modernization in China overall increased, but there were obvious regional differences between regions. On the whole, the regional difference is “the eastern region> the western region> the central region”. All the indicators of the development level of education modernization have been developed to some extent, but there are significant differences among the indicators and spatial distribution. The spatial autocorrelation of the development level of education modernization in China is gradually weakening. During the “fourteenth Five-year Plan”, the development of China’s education modernization needs to create a new situation of the development of education modernization by optimizing the strategic layout of education. Encourage eastern education to blaze new trails and become a leader in the modernization of education;Promote the open rise of education in central China and do a good job in promoting the development of education modernization;To ensure the steady progress of education in the west, adhere to the bridgehead of education modernization development, and then improve the overall development level of China’s education modernization, fully tap the dividend of education modernization, to accelerate the pace of building a powerful education and promote the high-quality development of education.
