摘要
采用高效的自由尾迹方法求解旋翼流场,在获得旋翼桨叶气动载荷的基础上,利用基于紧致源模型的FW-H方法进行旋翼载荷噪声计算。旋翼厚度噪声预测方面,使用三维网格对桨叶外形进行描述以提高精度。基于建立的旋翼气动噪声预测方法,开展了旋翼操纵量(总距、周期变距)、桨叶挥舞运动以及轴倾角等旋翼运动参数对气动噪声的影响分析。重点针对典型桨-涡干扰状态,分析了参数对桨-涡干扰(BVI)噪声指向性的影响规律。结果表明,旋翼运动参数尤其是桨叶周期变距运动,对气动噪声特性的影响较大,获得准确的桨叶运动参数和旋翼轴倾角是提升噪声预测精度的途径之一。
The efficient free wake method was used to solve the rotor flow field.On the basis of obtaining the aerodynamic load of the rotor blade,the FW-H method based on the compact source model was used to calculate the rotor load noise.In the aspect of the prediction of the rotor thickness noise,the three-dimensional mesh was used to describe the blade shape to improve the accuracy.Based on the Rotor aerodynamic noise prediction method,carried out the rotor manipulated variable(collective,cycle pitch),blade flapping and angle of shaft parameters for the influence of aerodynamic noise,focusing on the typical Blade–Vortex Interaction(BVI)condition,analyzed the parameters on the BVI noise directivity.The results showed that the rotor motion parameters,especially the blade cycle pitch had a great influence on the aerodynamic noise characteristics,and getting accurate blade motion parameters and angle of shaft was one of the ways to improve the accuracy of noise prediction.
