摘要
柔性梁是无轴承尾桨的关键部件之一,其性能参数会对尾桨的振动载荷和桨叶寿命产生一定的影响。某型机的无轴承尾桨在使用过程中出现单片尾桨叶柔性梁损伤现象,其形成的差异旋翼对尾桨性能影响较大。文章基于CAMRADII软件和桨毂力合成理论,分析了无轴承尾桨柔性梁损伤对尾桨中心谐波载荷的影响。分析结果表明,柔性梁损伤程度和位置对尾桨中心载荷的一阶谐波产生影响,而二阶谐波主要与飞行速度存在较大的正相关。
Flexible beam is one of the key components of bearingless tail rotor.Its performance parameters will have a certain impact on the vibration load and blade life of tail rotor.The flexible beam damage of a single tail rotor blade occurs in the use of a certain aircraft’s bearingless tail rotor.The difference rotor has a great impact on the performance of the tail rotor.Based on CAMRADII software and hub force synthesis theory,this paper analyzed the influence of flexible beam damage of bearingless tail rotor on the central harmonic load of tail rotor.The results showed that the damage degree and position of the flexible beam had an impact on the first-order harmonic of the tail rotor central load,and the second-order harmonic was mainly positively correlated with the flight speed.
