非编码RNA在克罗恩病中的相关研究进展

Advances in the Study of Non-coding RNA for Crohn′s Disease

克罗恩病(Crohn′s disease,CD)是一种复杂的慢性胃肠道炎症性疾病,目前对于其发病机制、诊断、治疗存在诸多难题。有研究发现不同非编码RNA(non-coding RNA,ncRNA)在克罗恩疾病的发病机制、诊断及治疗中发挥了关键作用,其中微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)、长链ncRNA(long-chain non-coding RNA,lncRNA)和环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)更为深入。文章将以上三种ncRNA在克罗恩病发生发展中的研究进展作进一步综述。

Crohn's disease(CD)is a complex chronic gastrointestinal inflammatory disease.There are many problems in its pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment.Studies have found that different non coding RNAs play a key role in the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of Crohn's disease,among which microRNA(miRNA),long chain non coding RNA(lncRNA)and circular RNA(circular RNA)are more in-depth.In this article,we will review the research progress of the above three non coding RNAs in the occurrence and development of Crohn's disease.
