摘要 为了兼顾纯电驱动和混合驱动的优点,本文主要对基于田口法的机电液耦合器永磁体分布进行优化,研究了一种将电驱动系统和液压驱动系统高度集成的机电液耦合器。针对机电液耦合器参数众多且互相耦合的特点,参照内置式永磁同步电机的优化设计方法,提出了基于田口法的机电液耦合器内置式永磁体分布多目标优化设计方法,分析了永磁体转子的布置形式和永磁体宽度、厚度对机电液耦合器输出电磁转矩的大小及其工作稳定性的影响,根据影响的权重大小,选定其中最合理的参数组合方案进行计算并完成验证。验证结果表明,相较于未优化模型,采用田口法优化后的机电液耦合器,输出的电磁转矩提高了9.78%,永磁体的利用率提高了28.86%,齿槽转矩降低89.68%,纹波转矩降低45.4%。说明优化后的机电液耦合器电磁性能输出转矩更大,转矩波动更小,优化方法效果显著。该研究具有一定的理论研究和实际应用价值。 In order to take into account the advantages of pure electric drive and hybrid drive system,this paper focuses on the optimization of the permanent magnet distribution of electro-mechanical-hydraulic coupler based on Taguchi's method.An electro-mechanical-hydraulic coupler with a high degree of integration of the electric drive system and the hydraulic drive system is researched.For the characteristics of electro-mechanical-hydraulic coupler with many parameters and mutual coupling,the multi-objective optimal design method of electro-mechanical-hydraulic coupler with built-in permanent magnet distribution based on Taguchi method is proposed with reference to the optimal design method of built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor.The article analyzes the arrangement of the permanent magnet rotor and the influence of the width and thickness of the permanent magnet on the output torque and stability.According to the impact weight the simulation is verified by selecting the appropriate parameters according to the influence weight.The results demonstrate that the model optimized by Taguchi method has 9.78%higher output torque,28.86%higher magnet utilization,89.68%lower cogging torque,and 45.4%lower ripple torque in contrast to the original model.It shows that the optimized electromechanical-hydraulic coupler has greater output torque and less torque fluctuation,and the optimization method is effective.The research has some theoretical research and practical application value.
