醋酸乌利司他治疗子宫肌瘤临床研究

Clinical Study of Ulipristal Acetate in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

目的探讨醋酸乌利司他治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效,以及对患者血清性激素和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法选取中国人民解放军火箭军特色医学中心2018年9月至2020年9月收治的子宫肌瘤患者86例,按随机双盲法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组患者采用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗,观察组患者采用醋酸乌利司他片治疗,均连续治疗3个月。结果治疗后,观察组患者的血清雌二醇、促黄体素、促卵泡激素、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率为95.35%,显著高于对照组的81.40%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.65%,显著低于对照组的18.60%(P<0.05)。结论醋酸乌利司他治疗子宫肌瘤疗效较好,可有效改善患者的血清炎性因子及性激素水平,提高药物治疗的安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ulipristal acetate in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroids and its effect on the level of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).Methods A total of 86 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to the Rocket Army Characteristic Medical Center of the PLA from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the double-blind random method,with 43 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Leuprolide Acetate Microspheres,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Ulipristal Acetate Tablets.Both groups were continuously treated for three months.Results After treatment,the levels of serum estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 81.40%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.65%,which was significantly lower than 18.60%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ulipristal acetate is effective in the treatment of uterine fibroids,which can effectively improve the levels of serum inflammatory factors,sex hormones,and the medication safety.
