摘要
通过在聚丙烯(PP)中添加自主研发的增刚母料,研究增刚母料对PP熔融与结晶性能的影响,以及增刚母料添加量对双向拉伸PP(BOPP)烟包装膜性能的影响。研究表明:当增刚母料质量分数为20%时,改性PP的熔体流动速率从PP的3.2 g/10 min提高到21.5 g/10 min,熔点降低10.2℃,结晶温度降低16.9℃,熔融焓和结晶焓均显著降低,BOPP烟包装膜的光泽度提高了5.81%,弹性模量提高了28%,初始热封温度降低6℃,热收缩率略有提高。当增刚母料质量分数在20%以内时,BOPP烟包装膜的断裂伸长率随着增刚母料添加量增加而增加,摩擦性能则随增刚母料添加量增加一直增加,显然增刚母料对BOPP烟包装膜具有多种改性功效。
By adding self-developed stiffening masterbatch into polypropylene(PP),the effects of stiffening masterbatch on the melting and crystallization properties of PP,and the effects of stiffening masterbatch addition on the properties of biaxially stretched PP(BOPP)cigarette packaging film were studied.The results show that when the mass fraction of stiffening masterbatch is 20%,the melt flow rate of modified PP increases between 3.2 g/10 min of PP and 21.5 g/10 min,and the melting point and crystallization temperature can be reduced by 10.2℃and 16.9℃respectively,and the melting enthalpy and crystallization enthalpy decrease significantly.The gloss of BOPP cigarette packaging film increases by 5.81%,and the elastic modulus increases by 28%,and the initial heat sealing temperature decreases by 6℃,and the thermal shrinkage rate increases slightly.When the mass fraction of stiffening masterbatch is below 20%,the elongation at break of BOPP cigarette packaging film increases with the increase of stiffening masterbatch addition,and the friction property has been increasing with the increase of the addition of rigidity masterbatch.Obviously,the addition of stiffening masterbatch shows a variety of modification effects on BOPP cigarette packaging film.
