摘要
通过改变双螺杆挤出机的挤出温度、螺杆转速、喂料量和喂料方式,对玻璃纤维(GF)增强丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)材料力学性能进行了研究,同时研究了多次挤出对钛白粉存在下ABS材料中GF长度和力学性能的影响。结果表明:挤出温度、螺杆转速、喂料量和喂料方式对ABS材料中GF长度的影响很大。GF越长,ABS材料的缺口冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量均越高;钛白粉的加入对GF有磨碎作用,多次挤出使得ABS材料中的GF长度变短,力学性能下降。
The mechanical properties of glass fiber(GF)reinforced acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS)material were studied by changing extrusion temperature,screw speed,feeding amount and feeding mode of the twin-screw extruder,and GF length and the mechanical properties of ABS material in the presence of titanium dioxide were studied by repeating extrusion.The results show that extrusion temperature,screw speed,feeding amount and feeding mode have great influence on GF length of ABS material after extrusion,the longer GF length after extrusion,the higher notched impact strength,tensile strength,flexural strength and flexural modulus of ABS material.The addition of titanium dioxide has a grinding effect on GF during extrusion process,GF length of ABS material shortens,and the mechanical property significantly reduces after repeat extrusion.
