摘要
根据交联聚乙烯(XLPE)高压电缆绝缘料特点,通过层次分析法(AHP)确定了9项评价指标,建立熵权-主观赋权法组合权重的评价模型。根据所建模型得到评价指标的权重,对6个XLPE高压电缆绝缘料液体抗氧剂配方与现有2个XLPE高压电缆绝缘料固体抗氧剂配方进行了综合评价。结果表明:XLPE高压电缆绝缘料液体抗氧剂配方LAO20X85最优,次优为现有XLPE高压电缆绝缘料固体抗氧剂配方SAO20X75;熵权-主观赋权法组合权重可以兼顾主客观因素,配方评价有一定区分度,一定程度上可以定量评价XLPE高压电缆绝缘料配方优劣。
According to the characteristics of cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)high voltage cable insulation materials,nine evaluation indicators were determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and an evaluation model based on combination weight of entropy weight-subjective empowerment was established.According to the weight of the evaluation index obtained by the built model,six liquid antioxidant formulas of XLPE high voltage cable insulation materials and the existing two solid antioxidant formulas of XLPE high voltage cable insulation materials were comprehensively evaluated.The results show that XLPE high voltage cable insulating material liquid antioxidant formula LAO20 X85 is the best,and the second best is the existing XLPE high voltage cable insulating material solid antioxidant formula SAO20 X75.The combination weight of entropy weight-subjective empowerment can take into account about both subjective and objective factors,and the formula evaluation has a certain degree of discrimination.To a certain extent,it can quantitatively evaluate the quality of XLPE high voltage cable insulation material formula.
