摘要
以某地铁现役齿轮箱三维模型为例,通过有限元仿真的方法对其进行模态分析,寻找箱体结构的刚度薄弱部位,并以此初步作为振动测点位置,并导出含有模态信息的柔性箱体,构造传动系统为刚体的刚柔耦合模型,进行动力学仿真,通过三维模型的修改制造含有断齿故障齿轮箱与正常状态齿轮箱,对比各测点有无故障下的振动数据,选用合适振动测量点。通过此方法可以提前选取合适的传感器测点位置,为试验过程中数据采集的有效性做好提前准备。
Taking a three-dimensional model of a subway gearbox in service as an example,the modal analysis is carried out to find the weak stiffness of the gearbox structure through the finite element simulation method,and the position of the vibration measuring point is preliminarily taken as the position.The rigid-flexible coupling model of the transmission system of the flexible box structure containing the modal information is derived for dynamic simulation.By modifying the 3D model,the gearbox with broken teeth fault and the gearbox with normal state are manufactured,and the vibration data of each measuring point with or without fault are compared to select the appropriate vibration measuring point.Through this method,the appropriate sensor detection points can be selected in advance to prepare for the effectiveness of data acquisition in the test process.
