摘要
针对机动车发动机因其质量较大检修时吊装和翻转困难的问题,设计出一种新型机动车发动机维修辅助装置。该装置由发动机悬臂吊吊装机构、可360°旋转的发动机固定卡盘、电动辅助提升机构组成,结构简单,操作方便,能极大地提高检修效率和降低检修过程发生人身安全的概率。
Aiming at the difficulty of lifting and turning over the motor vehicle engine due to its heavier weight,a new type of motor vehicle engine maintenance auxiliary device is designed.The device consists of an engine cantilever hoisting mechanism,a 360°rotating engine fixed chuck,and an electric auxiliary lifting mechanism.It has a simple structure and convenient operation,which can greatly improve the efficiency of maintenance and reduce the probability of personal safety during the maintenance process.
