Research on Type Selection Design of Cooling Assembly for Special Tractor

冷却系统对专用车辆的正常工作起到非常重要作用,文中通过对一款飞机牵引车的冷却系统用散热器、中冷器、风扇等参数进行计算、选型和匹配方法研究,结合台架实测数据进行风扇总成的匹配选型,采用整车热平衡试验验证选型的可行性。对专用车辆的冷却系统选型设计起到一定的指导作用。

The cooling system plays a very important role in the normal operation of special vehicle.This paper calculates the parameters of radiator,intercooler and fan used in the cooling system of an aircraft tractor,and studies the matching method.The matching selection of fan assembly is carried out based on the measured data of the bench.The feasibility of the selection is verified by the vehicle heat balance test.It plays a guiding role in the selection and design of cooling system for special vehicles.
