摘要
利用SolidWorks软件进行深埋式垃圾桶的3种设计方案三维建模。根据深埋式垃圾桶实际工作环境及产品材料属性确定有关边界条件;利用SolidWorks Simulation有限元分析软件,对3种不同设计方案进行分析计算、比较。根据理论计算结果并结合深埋式垃圾桶滚塑成型工艺,得出不同结构设计的合理性,为深埋式垃圾桶的结构优化提供分析依据。
Three-dimensional modeling of three design schemes of deep-buried garbage bin using SolidWorks software.According to the actual working environment of deep-buried garbage bin and product material properties,relevant boundary conditions are determined.Using SolidWorks Simulation finite element analysis software,three different design schemes are analyzed,calculated and compared.According to the theoretical calculation results and combined with the deep-buried garbage bin rotomolding process,the rationality of different structural designs is obtained,which provides an analysis basis for the structural optimization of the deep-buried garbage bin.
