平台化开发技术在卧式五轴加工中心产品设计中的应用

摘要 提出了国产卧式五轴加工中心平台化的设计理念。通过实施过程的基础件通用模块化、功能部件接口标准化、功能附件标准化、通用化等设计理念,定义了全平台化系列产品的总体设计方案。并对与总体概念实施相关的具体支撑技术做了详细分解,用于指导全平台产品的开发设计。 This paper proposes the platform-based design concept of the domestic horizontal five-axis machining center.Through the implementation process of universal modularization of basic parts,standardization of functional component interfaces,standardization of functional accessories,generalization and other design concepts,the overall design scheme of the full platform series of products is defined.It also decomposes the specific supporting technologies related to the implementation of the overall concept in detail to guide the development and design of products on the entire platform.
