摘要 钻井作为油气田开采中必要的一项施工过程,如何杜绝井喷事故的发生,最大限度地保障钻井施工过程的高效与稳定、提高钻井工作效率成为了钻井工程技术人员研究的主要内容。其中,钻井液固控系统在钻井施工过程中可以有效控制溢流,预防井喷。因此,钻井液固控系统及设备的正确选择和合理使用是降低设备成本和运行成本,优化和提高钻井速度,达到优质、高效钻井的关键。文中通过ZJ15钻机施工特点出发,对ZJ15钻机固控系统设备进行配置优选及性能参数优化,为提升钻井速度、降低非生产耗时、减少工人劳动强度、提高生产时效提供技术支持。 Drilling is a necessary construction process in oil and gas field exploitation.How to prevent blowout accidents,maximize the efficiency and stability of drilling construction process,and improve drilling efficiency has become the main content of drilling engineering and technical personnel research.Among them,the drilling fluid solids control system can effectively control overflow and prevent blowout during drilling construction.Therefore,the correct selection and rational use of drilling fluid solids control systems and equipment are the key for reducing equipment costs and operating costs,optimizing and increasing drilling speeds,and achieving high-quality and efficient drilling.Based on the construction characteristics of the ZJ15 drilling rig,this paper optimizes the configuration and performance parameters of the ZJ15 drilling rig solids control system equipment to provide technical support for improving drilling speed,reducing non-production time,reducing labor intensity and improving production timeliness.
