摘要
针对不锈钢材质的薄壁齿形垫环类零件结构刚性差、车削振动、形位公差不易保证等难题,提出一种突破传统车床夹持工件的思路和模式,采用工件内孔定位,依靠工装摩擦力夹持工件端面进行车削的全新方法。实现车床一次装夹状态下完成全部工序,减少多次翻身装夹找正的误差,保证了实物质量并有效提高生产效率。顺利解决了不锈钢材质的薄壁齿形密封装置类产品车削难题。
Aiming at the problems of poor structural rigidity,turning vibration,and difficulty in guaranteeing shape and position tolerances of thin-walled toothed backing ring parts made of stainless steel,a new idea and mode that breaks through the traditional lathe clamping workpiece is proposed,and the inner hole of the workpiece is positioned.A new method of turning by clamping the end face of the workpiece by relying on the friction force of the tooling.It realizes that the lathe completes all the procedures in one clamping state,reduces the error of multiple turn-over clamping and alignment,guarantees the quality of the material and effectively improves the production efficiency.The problem of turning stainless steel thin-walled tooth seal products is solved.
