摘要
为了解决盘盒输送装置结构复杂、适应性差的问题,设计了一种盘盒输送装置。分体式设计滑台;左、右夹持机构分别与底板通过螺栓组成可调整连接;调节杆与调节块通过螺纹组成可调整连接;毛刷和罩壳组成防倾倒装置;对伺服电动机及电缸进行设计。结果表明,该盘盒输送装置具有设计科学、结构简单、使用范围广的特点,能够实现多种规格盘盒的连续输送,同时保证盘盒输送流畅,避免损坏盘盒和卡盒问题,对进一步研究盘盒输送装置具有一定的指导意义。
In order to solve the problem of complex structure and poor adaptability of the plate box conveying device,a plate box conveying device is designed.The slide table is designed by split type.The left and right gripping mechanisms are respectively connected with the bottom plate through bolts which can be adjusted.The adjusting rod is connected with the adjusting block through the thread which can be adjusted.The brush and the housing constitute toppling preventing device.The servo motor and electric cylinder is designed.The results show that the plate box conveying device has the characteristics of scientific design,simple structure and extensive use.It can realize the continuous transmission of various specifications of the plate box,and ensure the smooth transmission of the plate box,avoid the damage of the plate box and the problem of the stuck box.It has a certain guiding significance for the further study of the plate box conveying device.
