劳动精神的四个层次及其辩证关系

Four Levels of Labor Spirit and Their Dialectical Relationships

劳动精神指的是以因劳称义为原则对人的劳动的属人性的精神追求。从劳动幸福的角度理解劳动精神,其实质就是一种劳动幸福精神,它的目的在于使人通过劳动超越动物性的存在而获得人的存在,使人以人的样式出场,获得人的主体性。劳动精神有四个层次,分别是普遍的劳动精神、专业精神、工匠精神和劳模精神,这四个层次相互区别又相互关联,它们在层次、主体、内涵和外延上存在差异,但是相互之间又具有紧密的内在关联,每一个层次都在前一个层次的基础上发展和深化。因此,要立足于四个层次之间的内在区别和关联来考虑劳动精神的传承和弘扬,这也是本文的研究意义所在。

Labor spirit refers to man’s spiritual pursuit of labor humanization in the belief of righteousness due to laboring. From the perspective of happiness in laboring, labor spirit is in fact the spirit of regarding laboring as a kind of happiness, the aim of which is to help man break away from animality and establish existence in the world as independent individuals with subjectivity. Labor spirit is divided into four levels, including general labor spirit, professionalism, craftsman spirit, and model workers spirit, which, on the one hand, are closely interrelated, and on the other hand, are different in their respective levels, subjects, internal meanings, and external forms. Besides, from the general labor spirit to model workers spirit, the higher level is always developed and deepened on the basis of the lower ones. Therefore, the paper discusses how to inherit and pass on labor spirit by talking about the interrelations and differences among its four levels. During the course, the research meaning is also manifested.
