A New Type of Plug in Development for Water Closure Test of Small Diameter Drainage Pipeline

市政排水管道闭水试验中采用砖砌堵头进行封堵施工费工、费时,且在拆除砖砌堵头过程中因安全管理不到位,导致井下作业人员中毒窒息死亡的事故时有发生。因此,研制了一种具有可循环使用的便携轮毂式橡胶新型小直径(D≤800 mm)排水管道闭水试验堵头,在市政小直径排水管道闭水试验施工中具有安全、高效、低成本的优点。该新型堵头已在多个市政工程项目中得到应用,效果良好,具有广泛的推广应用价值。

In the water closure test of municipal drainage pipeline,the use of brick plug is labor-consuming and timeconsuming. And the accidents of death by suffocation of underground workers occur from time to time because the improper safety management during the process of removing brick plug. A new type of drainage pipe closed water test plug, which is recyclable portable hub type with small diameter(D≤800 mm), has been developed. It has the advantages of safety, high efficiency and low cost for test construction. The developed plug has been applied in many municipal engineering projects and achieved good results. It has extensive popularization and application value.
