摘要
选用了Evotherm-DAT、Evotherm-3G、Sasobit、56号石蜡和Aspha-Min温拌剂制备温拌橡胶沥青混合料;通过马歇尔试验和旋转压实试验分析温拌橡胶沥青混合料的和易性以及确定最佳沥青用量;通过一系列机械性能试验,分析温拌橡胶沥青混合料的各项性能。结果表明:所用温拌剂都能将温拌橡胶沥青混合料的生产温度有效降低16℃以上,且都能获得较为理想的和易性,其中Evotherm-DAT温拌剂对橡胶沥青混合料和易性的提升效果最明显;温拌橡胶沥青混合料的水稳定性、抗车辙能力和抗疲劳能力都提升显著,其中Sasobit温拌剂最理想;添加Sasobit温拌剂的温拌橡胶沥青混合料的劲度模量和动态模量与橡胶沥青混合料的相近;Sasobit温拌剂最适用于橡胶沥青的工程使用。
Five warm-mixed agents of Evotherm-DAT, Evotherm-3 G, Sasobit, paraffin 56# paraffin and AsphaltaMin were selected to prepare warm-mixed rubber asphalt(WAR) mixture. The workability of warm-mixed rubber asphalt mixture is analyzed by Marshall test and rotary compaction test, and the optimum asphalt content(OAC) is determined as well. The properties of warm-mixed rubber asphalt mixture are analyzed by a series of mechanical performance tests. The results show that all the used warm-mixed agents can effectively reduce the production temperature of WAR mixture by more than 16 ℃ and achieve more ideal workability. Evotherm-Dat agent has the most obvious effect on improving the workability of AR mixture;The water stability, rutting resistance and fatigue resistance of WAR mixtures are ideal and Sasobit group agent is the best one among them;The stiffness modulus and dynamic modulus of WAR mixtures with Sasobit agent is similar to that of rubber asphalt mixtures;Sasobit warm mixing agent is most suitable for rubber asphalt engineering.
