摘要
针对工程中因结构配筋密集造成混凝土无法有效振捣密实的技术难题,开展了大掺量玻璃粉自密实混凝土的应用研究。结果表明,相比于常规粉煤灰自密实混凝土,大掺量(42%)玻璃粉自密实混凝土具有更好的工作性能,同时其后期抗压强度更高且干燥收缩较小,在实际工程中得到了有效的应用,综合效益显著。
According to the technical problem that the concrete cannot be vibrated effectively due to the dense structural reinforcement in engineering,the application research of self-compacting concrete(SCC) with large volume glass powder was carried out. The results indicate that SCC with large volume(42%) glass powder has better working property than conventional SCC with fly ash one. Its later compressive strength is higher and drying shrinkage is smaller. It are effectively applied in practical engineering and has significant comprehensive benefit.
