程控电话交换机宽脉冲电场辐照效应

摘要 为分析宽脉冲电场对程控电话交换机设备的干扰规律及作用机理,构建了宽脉冲电场辐照试验系统,开展了典型程控电话交换机设备辐照效应试验,分析了效应规律和干扰机理。结果表明:一定条件(上升时间不小于10 ns、脉宽大于1 ms)的宽脉冲电场可以对电话机和交换机设备造成干扰,但即使达到100 kV/m场强条件下均未出现毁伤现象;对于电话机和交换机而言,辐射场直接作用和线缆耦合共同导致了干扰现象的发生;线缆的影响需要受到重视,其摆放方向与辐射场极化方向一致时,干扰更为严重;相对于电话机而言,相同条件下交换机更容易受干扰;上升时间和电场强度是影响干扰程度的两个最主要因素。 To analyze the interference effects on program control telephone switch of wide pulse electric field, irradiation experiment system is established and experiments are carried out. The effect rules and interference mechanism are confirmed. The results show that wide pulse electric field, which rise time is not less than 10 ns and the pulse width is more than 1 ms, can affect the normal working performance of the test telephone and the switch. But it cannot damage the test equipments even the field intensity reaches 100 kV/m. To the test equipments, the direct effect and cable coupling of the irradiation field lead to the interference phenomenon. The interference is more serious when the orientation of connection line is in accordance with the polarization direction of the irradiation field. Compared with the telephone, the switch is more susceptible to the irradiation field under the same condition. The rise time and electric field intensity are two main factors that affect the interference degree.
